BLACKBELT

PLAN

Becoming a BLACKBELT takes a great deal of commitment, much more than ‘just turning up to class’, therefore students who wish to work towards their blackbelt are encouraged to take responsibility for their own training.

  1. Attend twice a week

  2. One included private session a month

  3. Take responsibility for their own training

  4. Work on all aspects in their own time

  5. Video themselves weekly and submit videos to the blackbelts for critique (and then work on the changes)

  6. Make themselves available for competitions and seminars
